1. About These Terms These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Amrita SEO (operated by Amrita Kalsi) to clients. By engaging Amrita SEO you agree to these terms.

2. Services Amrita SEO provides search engine optimisation services including but not limited to SEO audits, on-page optimisation, Google Business Profile optimisation, content strategy and monthly SEO management. The exact scope of work will be agreed in writing before any work begins.
3. Payment Terms Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month. Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received. Amrita SEO reserves the right to charge interest on invoices unpaid after 30 days.
4. The £99 SEO Audit The audit fee is non-refundable once the audit has been delivered. If you choose to proceed to a monthly package within 30 days of receiving your audit, the £99 will be deducted from your first month’s invoice.
5. Monthly Packages Monthly packages require a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel. Notice must be given by email to info@amrita-seo.com. You will be charged for any work completed during the notice period.
6. Results SEO is a long term strategy and results are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Amrita SEO will work diligently to improve your rankings and visibility but cannot guarantee specific positions on Google or other search engines as these are determined by Google’s own algorithms.
7. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide timely access to websites, platforms and information required to carry out the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and results.

8. Ownership of Work All strategies, reports and content created by Amrita SEO remain the intellectual property of Amrita SEO until full payment has been received. Upon full payment all deliverables become the property of the client.

9. Confidentiality Amrita SEO will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent. Amrita SEO may reference the working relationship publicly (for example in case studies or testimonials) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability Amrita SEO’s liability is limited to the total fees paid in the month in which any issue arose. Amrita SEO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss including loss of revenue or business.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
